Platinum #213+214: Energy Balance (EU Vita, NA PS4)

UPDATE (2018/06/23):

A new solver has been made by lmyanub. This one is way easier and faster. Check out this video how to use it:

ORIGINAL POST:

Hey there!

A few weeks ago, I already unlocked the Platinum Trophy in the EU PS4 versions, which took me a lot of time. This I was smarter and made use of the Energy Balance Solver.

What is the game all about?

Energy Balance is a logical / mathematical game. You need bring given numbers in the correct order, so that they match with the sum at the end of each row and column. This is pretty easy in the first 2-3 levels but the difficulty increases dramatically. At the beginning, you can only play Normal mode. Beating all 12 levels in this mode will unlock Hardcore, and beating this will unlock Square. Basically, all modes are the same but the puzzles will be harder.

What about trophies?
All of its trophies are “story related”, which means that there’s a trophy for beating each of the 20 levels and the Platinum Trophy. Beating the levels on your own can take a while as some levels can be a real pain in the ass. Therefore, I highly recommend to make use of energybalancesolver.com. This tool helped me a lot and each game took me only 3-4 hours. Without this solver, I needed 8-10 hours.

Where can I get this game?
Energy Balance is available in the EU and NA store and each version has its own stack (EU PS4 EU Vita, NA PS4, NA Vita). This means that you can unlock up to 3 Platinum Trophies (depending on your region) with this game. Sadly, the game isn’t cross-buy.
If you don’t know how to set up an account in a different region, check out this video by my buddy IBadDriverI. If you need PSN cards, you can buy them here. There you get digital codes, which will be send to you via e-mail within minutes.

As a trophy hunter, should I get this game?
Not really, as it takes a lot of time and patience – even with the help of the solver. The only good things are that each version is cheap and that you can unlock up 3 Platinum Trophies, as already mentioned before.

Hard Facts:
System(s):                        PS4 + Vita
Trophies:                          1P, 8G, 7S, 5B
Points:                              1185
Trophy Stacks:                 4 (EU PS4 + Vita, NA PS4 + Vita)
Difficulty:                          5/10 (with solver), 7/10 (without)
Time to Platinum:             3-4 hours (with solver), 8-10 hours (without)
Number of Playthroughs: 1
Fun Factor:                      1/10

Yours,
AvengedEvil

Platinum #315+316: The Long Reach (PS4 NA & EU)

Hey there! A short and easy pixel-art game with a few survival elements. Very enjoyable! What is the game all about? The Long Reach is a 2D side-scrolling adventure / point and click game mixed with a few survival horror elements. The pixel-art is very appealing and retro-fans will love this game. Most of the time you’re in control of Stuart, who acts as a guinea pig for a company called General Education. After a very confusing beginning, you’re trapped inside this company and you must find a way out. For this, must collect items and solve puzzles. Furthermore, you will learn more about the backstory and the main story will become clearer. Until drugs become involved – from then on, it’s hard to determine what’s real and what’s just an imagination. The game is very dark and the flashlight will become your best friend. Although it takes a while until you find it. As mentioned, this game also contains survival horror elements. Later in the game you encounter some enemies and you must f...

Hey there! Another easy double platinum. :-) What is the game all about? Suicide Guy is an adventure game. You take control of a character who fell asleep on his couch while watching TV. What about trophies? To unlock the Platinum Trophy, you must complete all levels and find every collectible in the game (1 per level). Don’t worry if you miss a collectible, there’s chapter select and you can replay each level as soon as you’ve beaten it. As mentioned ...
